Named in honor of the late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, this monopod offers a maximum height of 1.58 meters and a remarkable payload capacity of 30 kg, with a lightweight design weighing only 677 grams (monopod only).

Design and Construction

Constructed from durable magnesium alloy, the Taylor 2.0 monopod balances strength and portability. Its five telescoping sections lock securely with twist locks, allowing quick setup and adjustment. The dual-thread mounting system features a spring-loaded combination thread at the top, enabling the 3/8"-16 thread to slide beneath the 1/4"-20 thread for compatibility with a wide range of camera equipment and tripod shoes.

Docz Foot Stabilizer

The included Docz foot stabilizer enhances monopod stability and can also function as a mini tripod. It features a 1/4"-20 screw mount with an included 3/8"-16 adapter, making it compatible with many monopods and tripods that have detachable monopod legs. The Docz is constructed from strong alloys with a rugged ABS covering and sturdy rubber feet, suitable for various terrains. Its foldable legs make it compact enough to fit in a camera bag corner while supporting cameras up to 20 kg.

Portability and Usage

The Taylor 2.0's compact folded size makes it ideal for travel, fitting easily into airline carry-on luggage and transport by boat, train, or car. It can be used with or without the Docz stabilizer and also serves as a boom arm for versatile shooting angles.
