The MITOYA telescopic selfie boom is a lightweight and versatile monopod designed to mount a sports camera or a smartphone holder. It consists of four independently extendable sections that can be locked at any length by pulling the section apart and twisting it slightly around its axis. The boom features a characteristic GoPro mount and a removable adapter with a 1/4" photo thread, enabling compatibility with most sports cameras, 360 cameras, and phone holders (phone holder not included).
