Utilize dual Mini-SAS HD ports simultaneously for combined throughput up to 96Gb/s or use the second port to increase JBOD storage capacity. The Kore system can also expand existing RAID arrays such as the OWC Jupiter Callisto.
High Capacity and Scalability
The Kore system offers up to 160TB of storage in a 2U 8-drive rack and up to 320TB in a 3U 16-drive rack. Additional Kore units can be connected via Mini-SAS to scale storage capacity up to 2.5PB on 3U systems.
RAID and Performance
Designed for high-performance RAID storage, Kore connects to Mini-SAS RAID controller cards and adapters. It also serves as high-speed JBOD storage to extend networked storage servers like the OWC Jupiter Callisto.
Mini-SAS HD Interface Speed
The core Mini-SAS HD interface supports single-cable speeds of 48Gb/s, with dual cables enabling up to 96Gb/s. This performance accelerates workflows, video ingestion, multi-stream editing, and data transfer, enhancing productivity for creative professionals.
