HD Mk II IRND64 for Motion Blur and Flowing Effects

The HD Mk II IRND64 filter is designed to blur motion and visualize movement in subjects such as flowing water, waves, or moving people. Without an ND filter, standard camera settings render motion as still. While reducing aperture to f/16 or f/22 can create a flowing effect, it risks diffraction that degrades image resolution. Additionally, cameras with a base ISO of 200 and fast prime lenses may not achieve sufficiently slow shutter speeds to capture motion blur. Using the HD Mk II IRND64 allows shooting at optimal apertures to avoid diffraction and reduces exposure to shutter speeds that express flowing movement effectively.
