NISI FILTER ND-VARIO 1-5 Stops True Color is a variable neutral density filter that provides exposure reduction from 1 to 5 EV.
The density, ND factor, can be continuously adjusted by rotating the filter.
The density level can be easily modified by turning the front filter ring with or without the included silver lever, which helps to pre-determine the necessary additional exposure time.
This filter has built-in stop points when rotated to the extreme positions, so you know where you are during operation.

To easily and repeatedly check the density settings, the front ring is visually marked with numbers representing various stop values. The ring is equipped with silver side grooves for secure grip and easy installation and removal.
For those using this filter in cinematography or video cameras, combined aperture and filter adjustment allows precise control of depth of field while maintaining a specific frame rate. Very useful for both photography and videography, as you can accurately adjust the amount of light entering the lens for each specific scene. This allows for the use of larger apertures and/or longer shutter speeds than would be possible under existing lighting conditions.

The advanced nano-coating repels water, grease, and dirt, making the filter easier to clean.
The thin filter ring ensures that there is no vignetting risk when used with wide-angle lenses.
The filter ring is made of high-quality aluminum, making the filter very lightweight and durable.

For best results, it is recommended to use the variable ND filter on lenses with a focal length of 35mm or more (full frame).
