This 72 mm screw-in UV filter is designed for Hasselblad lenses with a 72 mm front filter thread. It provides protection for the lens’s front element while maintaining high image quality on high-resolution camera systems, including cameras with sensors exceeding 100 megapixels.

Optical performance

• Lens-grade optical glass with light transmission of up to 99.9%.
• Blocks ultraviolet light below 395 nm, helping to reduce atmospheric haze and improve contrast when photographing distant subjects.
• NiSi Ultra Low Reflection Coating (ULRC) and a 48-layer, double-sided nano-coating help reduce reflections and repel water and oil for easier cleaning.
• Designed to preserve resolution, contrast and neutral colour reproduction.

Compatibility and construction

• 72 mm filter thread for lenses with a matching 72 mm front thread.
• Compatible examples include the Hasselblad XCD 2,5/25V, 4/28P, 2,5/38V, 2,5/55V, 3,4/75P and 2,5/90V.
• The original Hasselblad lens cap can be fitted while the filter is installed.
• Solid brass frame with paint-filled markings.
