The RODE VideoMic GO II-H is a lightweight, on-camera shotgun microphone designed for content creators requiring broadcast-quality audio for podcasting, gaming, livestreaming, video calls, and interviews. It features both analog 3.5mm TRS and digital USB-C outputs, making it compatible with cameras, iOS/Android smartphones and tablets, as well as macOS and Windows computers.

Utilizing the same annular line tube technology found in RODE's professional VideoMic NTG and NTG5 microphones, the VideoMic GO II-H delivers a rich, full-bodied sound. Its supercardioid pickup pattern is highly directional, capturing clear audio from the front while reducing side and rear noise. It also effectively picks up sounds at a distance while maintaining clarity.

Camera Integration

• Includes Helix isolation shockmount for mounting on camera cold shoe to reduce handling noise.
• Supplied SC14 3.5mm TRS patch cable connects the microphone to the camera.
• Manual gain control is adjusted on the camera if needed.

Smartphone and Tablet Compatibility

• USB-C output allows connection to macOS/Windows computers and iOS/Android devices as a full-featured USB microphone.
• 3.5mm TRS output can be used for headphone monitoring in USB mode.
