Sleep Monitoring

The ring automatically begins monitoring when it detects that you have fallen asleep. It generates a detailed report in the app, including sleep duration, the length of different sleep phases and sleep quality, helping you understand your sleep patterns.

Activity and Sports Tracking

Track steps, calories burned, distance covered and heart rate during exercise. Choose from 21 sports modes, including walking, running, cycling, yoga, dancing and aerobics. Detailed daily activity information is available in the app.

Health Monitoring

The ring monitors heart rate around the clock and measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂). Recorded information is available in the app.

IP68 Water Resistance

With IP68 water resistance, the Colmi R02 is designed to withstand splashes, rain and immersion in water. It can be worn while washing your hands or showering.

QRing App

The ring connects to a phone via Bluetooth and synchronizes data with the QRing app. Use the app to review activity information and health reports, and adjust settings.
