The Colmi R02 smart ring monitors heart rate, sleep and blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and tracks steps, distance and calories burned. It supports 21 sports modes and has an IP68 water-resistance rating. Data syncs with the QRing app over Bluetooth. The ring weighs 4.4 g and provides up to 6 days of operation on a charge.

Sleep monitoring

The ring automatically monitors sleep after detecting that you have fallen asleep. The QRing app provides a detailed report, including total sleep duration, the length of different sleep phases and sleep quality.

Activity and sports tracking

The Colmi R02 counts steps and calories burned, measures distance and tracks heart rate during exercise. Choose from 21 sports modes, including walking, running, cycling, yoga, dancing and aerobics. Daily activity details are available in the app.

Health monitoring

The ring monitors heart rate around the clock and measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂). Recorded information and health reports can be viewed in the QRing app.

IP68 water resistance

With IP68 water resistance, the ring is designed to withstand splashes, rain and immersion in water. It can be worn while washing your hands or showering.

QRing app and connectivity

The ring connects to a phone via Bluetooth 5.0 and synchronizes data with the QRing app. Use the app to review activity information and health reports and adjust settings.

Design and materials

The ring has a polished stainless-steel exterior and a hypoallergenic resin interior. It weighs 4.4 g and is 2.7 mm thick for comfortable everyday wear. This version is black.

Battery and charging

The 17 mAh battery provides up to 6 days of operation. The included magnetic USB-A charging cable takes approximately 1 hour to charge the ring.
