Health Monitoring

The Colmi R03 monitors sleep, including sleep phases and quality, and measures heart rate throughout the day. It also measures blood oxygen saturation. Health data can be viewed in the QRing app.

Workout Tracking

Track steps, calories burned and distance, and choose from 21 sports modes. The ring records exercise data and is rated 5 ATM for water resistance.

QRing App

The QRing app is compatible with Android and iOS. It displays health metrics and activity data and generates daily, weekly and monthly measurement reports. App features include step counting, calorie counting, distance measurement, heart-rate measurement, sleep monitoring, 21 sports modes, exercise logs, blood pressure measurement, blood oxygen saturation measurement, stress-level monitoring and remote photo capture.

Battery and Charging

The ring operates for approximately 3–5 days and takes about 1 hour to charge. Its 15 mAh lithium-polymer battery uses magnetic charging and supports more than 300 charging cycles. The included charging case has a 200 mAh lithium-polymer battery and can recharge the ring up to 13 times per charge. The case charges via USB-C, takes approximately 1 hour to charge and supports approximately 300 charging cycles.
