Colmi R03 Smart Ring

The Colmi R03 smart ring provides access to health and workout reports through the QRing app. Made from titanium alloy, it is designed for everyday wear and is resistant to water, corrosion and wear. The ring weighs 4.7 g and comes with a charging case for storage and recharging.

Health monitoring

The Colmi R03 monitors sleep, including sleep phases and quality, and measures heart rate around the clock. It also measures blood oxygen saturation. Health data can be viewed in the QRing app.

Activity and sports tracking

The ring records steps, calories burned and distance travelled, and offers 21 sports modes. Its 5 ATM water resistance makes it suitable for use during workouts and swimming.

QRing app

The QRing app is compatible with Android and iOS. It displays health parameters and physical activity, and generates daily, weekly and monthly measurement reports. Available features include a step counter, calorie counter, distance measurement, heart rate measurement, sleep monitoring, 21 sports modes, exercise logs, blood pressure measurement, blood oxygen saturation measurement, stress-level monitoring and remote photo capture. The app supports Danish, Ukrainian, Russian, Croatian, Hungarian, Hindi, Indonesian, Turkish, Hebrew, Greek, German, Italian, Latvian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Japanese, French, Polish, Thai, Estonian, Swedish, Lithuanian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Romanian, English, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean and Malay.

Battery and charging

The ring operates for approximately 5–7 days and takes about 1 hour to charge. Its 18 mAh lithium-polymer battery supports more than 300 charging cycles and uses magnetic charging. The included charging case has a 200 mAh lithium-polymer battery, can recharge the ring up to 13 times per charge, and charges via USB-C in approximately 1 hour. The case battery supports approximately 300 charging cycles.
