Colmi R03 Smart Ring

Access health and workout reports from the QRing app with the Colmi R03 smart ring. Its titanium-alloy construction is resistant to corrosion and everyday wear, and its 5 ATM water resistance makes it suitable for daily use, workouts and swimming. The ring weighs 4.7 g. Health Monitoring

The Colmi R03 monitors sleep, including sleep phases and quality, and measures heart rate around the clock. It also measures blood oxygen saturation. View health information in the QRing app.

Workout Tracking

Track steps, calories burned and distance, and choose from 21 sports modes. The ring records exercise data and is rated 5 ATM for water resistance.

QRing App

The QRing app is compatible with Android and iOS. It displays health parameters and physical activity, and generates daily, weekly and monthly measurement reports. App features include a step counter, calorie counter, distance measurement, heart rate measurement, sleep monitoring, 21 sports modes, exercise logs, blood pressure measurement, blood oxygen saturation measurement, stress-level monitoring and remote photo capture.

Battery and Charging

The ring operates for approximately 3–5 days and takes about 1 hour to charge. Its charging case can recharge the ring up to 13 times on a full charge. The ring uses magnetic charging; the case charges via USB-C.
