Colmi R03 Smart Ring

Access health and workout reports conveniently through the QRing app. The Colmi R03 smart ring is resistant to water (5 ATM), corrosion and everyday wear. Its lightweight 4.7 g design is comfortable for daily use, and the included charging case provides a safe place to store and recharge the ring.

Health Monitoring

The Colmi R03 monitors sleep, including sleep phases and quality, to help you identify habits that may affect your rest. It measures heart rate around the clock, both at rest and during exercise, and can measure blood oxygen saturation. View health information in the QRing app.

Workout Tracking

Track steps, calories burned and distance travelled, and choose from 21 sports modes. With 5 ATM water resistance, the ring can be worn during intense workouts and swimming.

QRing App

The QRing app is compatible with Android and iOS. It displays health parameters and activity data and generates daily, weekly and monthly measurement reports. Available app features include step counting, calorie counting, distance measurement, heart-rate measurement, sleep monitoring, 21 sports modes, exercise logs, blood pressure measurement, blood oxygen saturation measurement, stress-level monitoring and remote photo capture.

Battery and Charging

The ring operates for approximately 5–7 days and takes about 1 hour to charge. Its included case stores and charges the ring, providing up to 13 recharges on a full case charge.
