Colmi R03 Smart Ring

The Colmi R03 smart ring provides access to health and workout reports through the QRing app. Its 5 ATM water resistance and resistance to corrosion and wear make it suitable for everyday use. The lightweight 4.7 g design is comfortable to wear, and the included charging case stores and recharges the ring.

Health Monitoring

The Colmi R03 monitors sleep, including sleep phases and quality, to help you identify habits that may affect your rest. It measures heart rate around the clock, both at rest and during exercise, and measures blood oxygen saturation. Health data is available in the QRing app.

Workout Tracking

The ring records steps, calories burned and distance travelled, and offers 21 sports modes. Its 5 ATM water resistance allows use during intense workouts and swimming.

QRing App

The QRing app is compatible with Android and iOS. It displays health parameters and physical activity, and generates daily, weekly and monthly measurement reports. App features include a step counter, calorie counter, distance measurement, heart rate measurement, sleep monitoring, 21 sports modes, exercise logs, blood pressure measurement, blood oxygen saturation measurement, stress-level monitoring and remote photo capture.

Battery and Charging

The ring operates for approximately 5–7 days and takes about 1 hour to charge. Its charging case also serves as a storage case and can recharge the ring up to 13 times on a full charge.
