Design and connectivity

The Colmi R06 Smart Ring combines activity and health tracking in a compact design. Bluetooth 5.0 connects it to a smartphone with a range of up to 10 m. The ring is made of lightweight aluminum alloy and weighs 2.7 g. Its gold finish suits everyday and sports wear. It is rated 5 ATM for water resistance and is also dust- and corrosion-resistant.

Health monitoring

Using the QRing app, the ring monitors heart rate throughout the day and tracks sleep duration and phases. It also measures blood oxygen saturation and stress levels, helping you review health data during activity and rest.

Activity tracking

Choose from 21 sports modes. The ring tracks steps, distance traveled and calories burned, while the QRing app provides daily, weekly and monthly activity charts, exercise logs and remote photo capture.

Battery and charging

The 15 mAh lithium-polymer battery provides approximately 3–5 days of operation per charge. Recharge the ring using the included magnetic cable; charging takes approximately 1 hour. The battery supports more than 300 charging cycles, and its level can be checked in the QRing app.
