Compact Smart Ring with Health and Activity Tracking

The Colmi R06 Smart Ring combines everyday functionality with a compact design. Bluetooth 5.0 connects it to a smartphone at distances of up to 10 m. Use the QRing app to monitor health and activity, review progress, and check the ring’s battery level.

Design and Durability

Made from lightweight aluminum alloy, the ring weighs 2.7 g and has an internal diameter of 18.1 mm. Its understated design suits everyday and sports wear. It is rated 5 ATM for water resistance and is also dust- and corrosion-resistant.

Health Monitoring

The QRing app provides round-the-clock heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking with analysis of sleep phases and duration, blood oxygen saturation measurement, and stress-level monitoring. These features help you review health data during both activity and rest.

Activity Tracking

Choose from 21 sports modes. The ring also tracks steps, distance traveled, and calories burned, and records exercise sessions. Daily, weekly, and monthly activity charts in the QRing app help you follow your progress. The app also supports remote photo capture.

Battery and Charging

The 15 mAh lithium-polymer battery provides approximately 3–5 days of operation per charge. Recharge the ring using the included magnetic cable; charging takes approximately 1 hour. The battery supports more than 300 charging cycles, and its charge level can be checked in the QRing app.

The ring uses the QRing app and is compatible with Android 4.4 or later, iOS 8.0 or later, and HarmonyOS. Firmware updates are delivered over the air (OTA).
