Health and Activity Monitoring

The Colmi R10 is a smart ring that combines activity and health monitoring with a minimalist design. Its sensors track key body parameters around the clock. Connect it to the QRing app via Bluetooth to sync data automatically and view real-time readings and statistics, without wearing a watch or wristband.

Around-the-Clock Health Monitoring

The R10 monitors heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), stress levels and body temperature during activity and rest.

Sleep and Recovery Analysis

The ring records sleep duration and quality, distinguishing between deep sleep, light sleep and awake periods. Detailed app reports can help identify habits that affect sleep and support improvements to sleep quality.

Activity and Exercise Tracking

Track steps, distance travelled and calories burned. The ring supports 21 exercise modes, allowing measurements to be matched to the activity. Daily, weekly and monthly statistics are available in the app.

Design and Water Resistance

The lightweight ring is designed for comfortable everyday wear. Durable materials and a brushed finish give it a refined appearance. Its 5 ATM water resistance rating makes it suitable for handwashing, showering and swimming.

Charging and Battery Life

The included compact charging case can recharge the ring up to 13 times per charge. The ring runs for approximately 3–5 days per charge, depending on use. Charging takes approximately 1 hour.
