The Colmi R10 combines activity and health monitoring with a minimalist design. Its sensors track key body parameters around the clock. Connect the ring to the QRing app to view real-time data and statistics without wearing a watch or wristband.

Around-the-clock health monitoring

The Colmi R10 monitors heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), stress levels and body temperature. It provides insight into your condition during activity and at rest. The ring can operate independently; when connected to the QRing app via Bluetooth, it automatically syncs and updates data.

Sleep and recovery analysis

The ring records sleep duration and quality, distinguishing between deep sleep, light sleep and awake periods. Detailed reports in the app can help identify habits that affect sleep and support efforts to improve it.

Activity and exercise tracking

The Colmi R10 records steps, distance travelled and calories burned. It supports 21 exercise modes to match measurements to different activities. Data is presented as daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

Comfortable, durable design

The lightweight ring is designed to be barely noticeable on your finger. It is made from durable materials and has an elegant brushed finish. With 5 ATM water resistance, it can be worn while washing your hands, showering and swimming.

Charging case

The included compact charging case can recharge the ring up to 13 times per charge. A full ring charge provides approximately 3–5 days of operation, depending on usage.
