Easy-to-read display

The Colmi R12 smart ring features an LED screen, health-monitoring sensors and gesture controls. It monitors heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep and physical activity around the clock. The display shows the time, step count, battery level and current heart rate, so you can check key information without reaching for your phone. This is useful when using a smartphone is inconvenient, such as while cycling or exercising.

Health and activity monitoring

Biological sensors track heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), sleep and stress. Heart rate is measured in real time, helping you observe changes in your body's responses. Sleep quality is assessed across light, deep and awake phases, with data presented in the app as graphs to help you review habits and recovery.

Sports modes and exercise tracking

The ring supports several workout modes, including walking, running, cycling and swimming. During activity, it records heart rate, distance, steps, exercise duration and calories burned. Data syncs with the app, where daily, weekly and monthly statistics are available.

Gesture control and practical features

Use hand gestures to control your smartphone, including scrolling through apps such as TikTok or remotely taking a photo. This can be useful for selfies and video recording without touching the screen. The ring also supports manual repetition counting for activities such as prayer, affirmations or exercise. Press the button on the ring to record each event; the data is saved in the app.

Design and battery

The Colmi R12 has a 1 ATM water-resistance rating and can be worn while washing your hands, bathing and swimming in a pool or the sea. Its rechargeable battery provides approximately 3–5 days of operation, depending on use, and up to 15 days in standby mode. The included charging base replenishes the battery, and the ring charges in approximately 1 hour.
