Colmi R12 Smart Ring

The Colmi R12 is a smart ring with an LED display, health-monitoring sensors and gesture controls. It tracks heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep and physical activity around the clock. The ring supports multiple sports modes and can remotely control a smartphone. Its 1 ATM water resistance allows use while washing, bathing and swimming. Battery life is up to 5 days of use or up to 15 days in standby. A charging base is included for convenient recharging.

Easy-to-read display

The built-in LED screen lets you check key information directly on the ring without reaching for your phone. It displays the time, step count, battery level and current heart rate, which is useful when smartphone use is inconvenient, such as while cycling or exercising.

24/7 health and activity monitoring

Biological sensors monitor heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), sleep and stress. Heart rate is measured in real time, while sleep quality is assessed by sleep phase, including light sleep, deep sleep and awake periods. The app presents the data in graphs to help you review habits and recovery.

Sports modes and workout tracking

The ring supports workout modes including walking, running, cycling and swimming. During activity, it records heart rate, distance, steps, workout duration and calories burned. Data syncs with the app, where daily, weekly and monthly statistics are available.

Gesture control and practical functions

Use hand gestures to control a smartphone, including scrolling in apps such as TikTok or remotely taking a photo. This is useful for selfies and video recording without touching the screen. The ring can also count repetitions manually for activities such as prayer, affirmations or exercise. Press the button on the ring to record each event; the data is saved in the app.

Design and battery

The Colmi R12 has a 1 ATM water-resistance rating and can be worn while washing hands, bathing and swimming in a pool or sea. Its rechargeable battery provides approximately 3–5 days of operation, depending on use, and up to 15 days in standby. The included charging base and USB-C cable make recharging convenient. Charging takes approximately 1 hour, and the battery supports more than 300 charging cycles.
