Smartring Colmi R12 20.8MM 11 (black)

Colmi R12 Smart Ring

The Colmi R12 is a smart ring with an LED display, health-monitoring sensors and gesture controls. It monitors heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep and physical activity around the clock. The ring supports multiple sports modes and can remotely control a smartphone. Its 1 ATM water resistance makes it suitable for wearing in the shower and while swimming. Battery life is up to 5 days, with up to 15 days in standby mode. The included charging base makes recharging convenient.

Easy-to-read display

The built-in LED screen lets you check key information directly on the ring without reaching for your phone. It displays the time, step count, battery level and current heart rate, which is useful when using a smartphone is inconvenient, such as while cycling or exercising.

24/7 health and activity monitoring

Biological sensors monitor heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), sleep and stress around the clock. Heart rate is measured in real time. Sleep quality is assessed by phase—light, deep and awake—and presented in the app as graphs, helping you review habits and recovery.

Sports modes and exercise tracking

The ring supports workout modes including walking, running, cycling and swimming. During activity, it records heart rate, distance, steps, exercise duration and calories burned. Data syncs with the app, where daily, weekly and monthly statistics are available.

Gesture controls and practical functions

Use hand gestures to control a smartphone, including scrolling through apps such as TikTok or remotely taking a photo. This can be useful for selfies and video recording without touching the phone screen. The ring can also count repetitions manually, for example during prayer, affirmations or exercise. Press the button on the ring to record each event; the data is saved in the app.

Design and battery

The Colmi R12 has a 1 ATM water-resistance rating and can be worn while washing hands, bathing and swimming in a pool or sea. Its rechargeable battery provides approximately 3–5 days of operation, depending on use, and up to 15 days in standby mode. The included charging base connects via the supplied USB-C cable.
