Smartring Colmi R12 21.6MM 12 (black)

LED Display and Smart Controls

The Colmi R12 is a smart ring with an LED display, health-monitoring sensors and gesture controls. It tracks heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep and physical activity around the clock. The ring supports multiple sports modes and can remotely control a smartphone. Its 1 ATM water resistance rating allows use while washing, bathing and swimming. Battery life is up to 5 days in regular use or up to 15 days in standby mode. A charging base is included.

Easy-to-Read Display

The built-in LED screen lets you check key information without reaching for your phone, including the time, step count, battery level and current heart rate. This is useful when smartphone use is inconvenient, such as while cycling or exercising.

Health and Activity Monitoring

Biological sensors monitor heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), sleep and stress levels. Heart rate is measured in real time. Sleep quality is assessed by phase—light, deep and awake—and displayed in the app as graphs, helping you review habits and recovery.

Sports Modes and Exercise Tracking

The ring supports workout modes including walking, running, cycling and swimming. During activity, it records heart rate, distance, steps, exercise duration and calories burned. Data syncs with the app, where daily, weekly and monthly statistics are available.

Gesture Control and Practical Features

Hand gestures can control a smartphone, including scrolling in apps such as TikTok and remotely taking photos. This is useful for selfies or recording video without touching the phone screen. The ring can also manually count repetitions for prayer, affirmations or exercise: press the button on the ring to record each event, with data saved in the app.

Design and Battery

The Colmi R12 is made from stainless steel and epoxy resin and weighs 4.7 g. Its 1 ATM water resistance rating supports use while washing hands, bathing and swimming in a pool or sea. Battery life is approximately 3–5 days, depending on use, and up to 15 days in standby mode. The included charging base replenishes the battery, with a charging time of approximately 1 hour.
