Designed for comfortable daily wear, the ring weighs approximately 4.7 g and is only 2.7 mm thick. Its lightweight design does not restrict hand movements or get in the way when writing, doing physical work or exercising. It can be worn throughout the day and night to collect data continuously, including during periods that may be missed by larger devices.

Health and Vital Sign Monitoring

The COLMI R02 monitors key vital signs, including heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). Measurements are taken automatically in the background, without needing to activate each function manually. The recorded data can help you observe changes associated with activity, stress and rest. Data is stored on the ring, so it remains available when your phone is not with you. After synchronisation with the app, you can review results in context and track longer-term changes.

Sleep tracking runs automatically each night. The ring recognises sleep stages, including light and deep sleep, and records total rest time. This lets you review both sleep duration and recovery patterns. Data is stored locally and can be synchronised with the app in the morning, so continuous phone connectivity is not required overnight.

Sports Modes and Activity Tracking

The ring offers 21 sports modes for popular forms of exercise, including walking, running and general training. It tracks key activity metrics such as steps, distance, calories burned and workout duration, as well as heart rate. Connectivity and Compatibility
