The black COLMI R02 Smart Ring in size 11 combines health monitoring with sports and activity tracking. It measures heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), monitors sleep and tracks daily activity across 21 sports modes. Bluetooth 5.0 connects it to the QRing app, while onboard data storage lets you sync measurements later. IP68 water resistance and the included charging case support convenient everyday use. Battery life is approximately 6–7 days per charge.

Compact design and comfort

Designed for comfortable everyday wear, the ring weighs approximately 4.7 g and is 2.7 mm thick. Its lightweight, discreet design does not restrict hand movements during writing, physical work or exercise, and is suitable for continuous wear day and night. This allows it to collect data during activities and rest.

Health and vital signs monitoring

The COLMI R02 monitors heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). Measurements are taken automatically in the background, without needing to start each function manually. The recorded data can help you review changes in relation to activity, stress and rest. Data is stored on the ring and can be synchronised with the app when your phone is available, allowing you to review results and longer-term trends.

Sleep and recovery analysis

Automatic overnight sleep tracking records total sleep time and identifies sleep stages, including light and deep sleep. Review the data in the app to assess sleep duration and patterns. Measurements are stored on the ring and can be synchronised in the morning, so continuous phone connectivity is not required during the night.

Sports modes and activity tracking

The ring offers 21 sports modes for activities including walking, running and general training. It tracks activity metrics such as steps, distance, calories burned and workout duration, as well as heart rate. Use the recorded data to review workouts, monitor activity levels and follow progress over time.

Connectivity and compatibility

Bluetooth 5.0 provides a wireless connection to the QRing app, where synchronised data is presented for review. The ring is compatible with Android 4.4 and later, iOS 8.0 and later, and Harmony OS.

Charging case and battery life

The included case provides storage and charging for the ring. Place the ring in its designated position to charge it through magnetic contacts. Battery life is approximately 6–7 days, and a full charge takes about one hour. A magnetic cable is included.

Materials and water resistance

The outer casing is made from titanium alloy for resistance to everyday wear and scratches. A hypoallergenic resin inner lining is designed to improve wearing comfort. IP68 water resistance allows the ring to be worn when washing hands, exercising or coming into contact with water.

Choosing the right size

A suitable fit is important for comfort and measurement accuracy. Measure around your finger with a thin string or thread, mark where the ends meet, and compare the length with the size chart. Available sizes are 8 (18.1 mm), 9 (18.9 mm), 10 (19.8 mm), 11 (20.6 mm) and 12 (21.3 mm). Measuring in the evening may help account for natural changes in finger size during the day.
