LED display

The Colmi R12 smart ring combines an LED display, health-monitoring sensors and gesture controls. Its built-in screen lets you check the time, step count, battery level and current heart rate without reaching for your phone. This is useful when using a smartphone is inconvenient, such as while cycling or exercising.

24-hour health and activity monitoring

The ring monitors heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), sleep and stress. Real-time heart-rate measurements help you track changes in your body's responses. Sleep is assessed by phase, including light sleep, deep sleep and awake periods, with results displayed as graphs in the app to help you review your habits and recovery.

Sports modes and workout tracking

Supported activities include walking, running, cycling and swimming. During exercise, the Colmi R12 records heart rate, distance, steps, workout duration and calories burned. Data syncs with the app, where you can review daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

Gesture controls and practical functions

Use hand gestures to control your smartphone, including scrolling through apps such as TikTok, or remotely taking photos. This can be useful for selfies and video recording without touching the phone screen. The ring can also count repetitions manually, for example during prayer, affirmations or exercise. Press the button on the ring to record each count; the data is saved in the app.

Design, water resistance and battery

The ring has a 1 ATM water-resistance rating and can be worn while washing your hands, bathing and swimming in a pool or the sea. Battery life is approximately 3–5 days, depending on use, and up to 15 days in standby mode. The included charging base and USB-C cable provide convenient recharging. The battery supports more than 300 charging cycles, and a full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
