EVEN REALITIES R1 Smart Ring, Size 10
The EVEN REALITIES R1 is a smart ring designed to work with EVEN G2 glasses and also functions as a health-monitoring ring. It tracks key vital signs during the day and while you sleep, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, skin temperature and activity. The collected data helps you assess your sleep quality and readiness for the day. The touch-sensitive surface lets you control EVEN G2 functions with simple gestures. Made with a zirconia ceramic exterior and a medical-grade stainless steel interior, the ring combines an elegant finish with durability. Its IP68 rating provides protection against water and allows brief immersion. Battery life is up to 4 days, and the companion app is available for iOS and Android.
Track Your Vital Signs
The EVEN R1 collects data throughout the day to help you understand your physical condition. It measures heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels, skin temperature and activity. An LED array on the inside measures heart rate, a thermometer monitors skin temperature, and an accelerometer counts steps and estimates calories burned and distance travelled. Data is available in real time, so you can check your activity, how you feel and your readiness for the rest of the day.
Detailed Sleep Insights
The ring also monitors your sleep, analysing its pattern and quality. It records individual sleep stages, allowing you to see when your sleep was light or deep and identify periods when you woke up. It also tracks temperature changes throughout the night. This information provides an overview of your overnight recovery and helps you assess how well you rested and how ready you are for the next day.
Productivity Score
Daytime performance depends on physical activity as well as concentration, decision-making speed and the ability to stay focused under pressure. EVEN REALITIES’ Productivity Score indicates mental readiness. A score of 80 or higher indicates peak mental condition. The feature can help you assess your readiness before tasks that require concentration, efficient decision-making and clear thinking under pressure.
Touch Control
The smooth surface of the EVEN R1 acts as a touch panel that responds to taps and scrolling. With simple, discreet gestures, you can control EVEN G2 functions and customise how you use the glasses without reaching for your phone or making obvious hand movements. The ring combines access to health and activity data with discreet control of EVEN G2. Its exterior is made of zirconia ceramic, a durable material also used by Swiss watchmakers. The ring has an IP68 rating for water resistance.
Battery Life and App
The battery provides up to 4 days of operation, allowing the EVEN R1 to collect data during daily activities and overnight. The ring works with the EVEN G2 Companion app for iOS and Android. EVEN REALITIES states that data is not stored in the cloud without your explicit consent. Where data processing is necessary, information is encrypted and sensitive personal data is removed.
