EVEN REALITIES R1 Smart Ring, Size 13
The EVEN REALITIES R1 is a smart ring designed to work with EVEN G2 glasses and also provides health monitoring. It tracks key vital signs during the day and while you sleep, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, skin temperature and activity. The collected data helps you assess your rest and readiness for daily activities. Its touch-sensitive surface lets you control EVEN G2 functions with simple gestures. Made from zirconia ceramic and medical-grade stainless steel, the ring combines an elegant finish with durability. Its IP68 rating protects it from splashes and allows brief immersion in water. Battery life is up to 4 days, and the companion app is available for iOS and Android.
Vital Sign Monitoring
The EVEN R1 collects data throughout the day to help you understand your health. It measures heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels, skin temperature and activity. An internal LED array measures heart rate, a thermometer monitors skin temperature, and an accelerometer tracks steps, calories burned and distance travelled. Data is available in real time, so you can check your activity, how you feel and your readiness for the rest of the day.
Sleep Tracking
The ring also monitors your sleep, analysing its pattern and quality. It records individual sleep stages, allowing you to see when your sleep was light or deep and when you woke up. It also tracks temperature changes during the night. This information provides insight into your overnight recovery and helps you assess how well you rested and how ready you are for the next day.
Productivity Score
Daytime performance depends on physical activity as well as concentration, decision-making speed and the ability to stay focused under pressure. The EVEN REALITIES Productivity Score measures mental readiness; a score of 80 or higher indicates peak mental condition. It can help you assess your readiness before tasks that require concentration, efficient decision-making and clear thinking under pressure.
Touch Control and Construction
The smooth outer surface of the EVEN R1 acts as a touch panel that responds to taps and scrolling. Discreet gestures let you control EVEN G2 functions and customise how you use the glasses without reaching for your phone or making obvious hand movements. The ring combines access to health and activity data with discreet control of EVEN G2. Its outer shell is made of durable zirconia ceramic, a material also used by Swiss watchmakers, while the inner shell is stainless steel. The ring has an IP68 rating for water resistance.
Battery, App and Privacy
The battery provides up to 4 days of use, supporting data collection during daily activities and overnight rest. The ring works with the EVEN G2 Companion app for iOS and Android. Data is not stored in the cloud without your explicit consent. Where data processing is necessary, information is encrypted and sensitive personal data is removed, helping you retain control over your information.
