ILFORD MULTIGRADE FB WARMTONE, established since 1997, is designed for creative printers seeking the ultimate quality with warm image tones and excellent response to toning techniques. This premium photographic paper features a 255g/m² fibre base, providing a warm white base tint that produces prints with warm deep blacks and creamy tones.

Performance and Usage

MULTIGRADE FB WARMTONE delivers luxuriously rich prints and has been the preferred choice for exhibition printing worldwide. It offers seven full grades of contrast from grade 00 to grade 5 in half-grade steps when used with ILFORD MULTIGRADE FILTERS. The paper has an induction time of approximately 40 seconds for image appearance during processing and retains all expected characteristics of fibre-based papers.

It is compatible with all types of darkroom enlargers and works best with safelights designed for black and white papers with a cutoff no lower than 580nm. The paper is fully compatible with the ILFORD chemistry range and the ILFORD optimum permanence wash sequence. After washing and drying, it can be mounted using standard fibre-based paper methods.
