ILFORD MULTIGRADE RC DELUXE offers a full tonal range and outstanding image quality across a wide contrast range of grades 00 to 5. This variable contrast paper allows precise control over image contrast when used with ILFORD MULTIGRADE filters, enabling seven full grades of contrast.

Originally introduced in 1940 as the world’s first variable contrast MULTIGRADE paper, ILFORD has continuously refined this iconic range to meet the needs of discerning darkroom printers worldwide.

The current emulsion design enhances highlight detail and renders shadows in deep, rich blacks, all accentuated by the bright white resin coated base. This makes it ideal for printing directly from negatives without compromising tonal subtlety.
