Product Features
ILFORD MULTIGRADE RC DELUXE offers a full tonal range and outstanding image quality across a wide contrast range of grades 00 to 5. This variable contrast paper allows precise control over image contrast when used with ILFORD MULTIGRADE filters, enabling seven full grades of contrast.
Originally introduced in 1940 as the world’s first variable contrast MULTIGRADE paper, ILFORD has continuously evolved this range to become the preferred choice for discerning darkroom printers worldwide.
The current emulsion design maintains the long-standing tradition of MULTIGRADE quality, providing enhanced response where needed to reveal subtle highlight details while rendering shadows in deep, rich blacks. The bright white resin coated base further accentuates image clarity and tonal depth.
This paper is ideal for printing directly from negatives and supports creative flexibility without compromise. It is also available in Cooltone and Warmtone variants to suit different aesthetic preferences.
