  • Black-and-white silver gelatin photographic paper on a resin-coated (RC) base designed for digital exposure and printing.
  • Roll size: 20.3 cm width by 150 m length.

Physical Characteristics

  • Paper weight: 190 g/m², described as bright white, medium weight, and water resistant.
  • Surface finish: 44M Pearl, providing a subtle pearl texture; also available in Glossy 1M finish.

Compatibility and Usage

  • Compatible with optical digital exposure systems using tricolour laser enlargers or LED systems from manufacturers such as Durst, Océ, Pollielettronica, Fuji, and others.
  • Designed for red, green, and blue lasers or LEDs; also works with conventional tungsten and tungsten-halogen light sources.
  • Suitable for producing continuous-tone black-and-white prints or text from digital files, black-and-white or colour negatives/positives, prints, and digital originals.

Processing

  • Intended for machine processing but can also be processed in trays or troughs in total darkness.
  • Recommended chemicals include MULTIGRADE developer and RAPID FIXER; compatible with conventional black-and-white machine-processing chemicals.

Image Quality and Features

  • Neutral image colour with excellent contrast and sharpness.
  • Strong highlight and shadow detail with improved calibration accuracy.
  • Bright white base with improved maximum density (Dmax) up to 2.15 optical density (OD).

Handling and Mounting

  • The pearl surface is recommended to be used with silicone release paper for dry mounting.
