Description

The Photopro X-go Gecko is a lightweight and compact stand with monopod function. Designed for photographers looking for a mobile solution, ideal for long hikes. Provides excellent support for lightweight DSLR, mirrorless and compact cameras.

T-LOCK technology

The tripod has a three-stage leg tilt system, which consists of four sections. The individual sections are locked in place using a convenient rotating clamp system called T-LOCK.

Hidden spikes

The tripod’s legs are terminated with spikes, onto which the included non-slip rubber tips can be fitted. This solution ensures the best grip, regardless of the ground.

Modular centre column

The Fotopro X-go Gecko tripod is equipped with a two-section central column with reverse clamping function. This solution is particularly useful for macro photography and shots from the so-called “frog’s perspective”. On the underside of the column, there is an extendable hook where additional weight can be hung to improve the stability of the tripod.

Ball head with a load capacity of up to 8kg!

The X-go Gecko tripod is equipped with a Fotopro FPH-42Q ball head with quick-mount plate, made in the very popular Arca-Swiss standard.

The head has two independent and convenient to use knobs. One is used to lock the ball when tilting, the other locks the movement of the rotating head base.

A precise 360° scale is applied to the rotating base, making it easy to create panoramas.

Two-in-one – monopod function

The Gecko is not just a tripod. It also conceals a monopod function. After unscrewing one of the legs you get a monopod with a comfortable rubber grip.

Additional accessories

Included is a carrying case with a carabiner, useful during transport, and a set of spare rubber pads for the tripod feet.
