This jib-only package is designed for users who already own a heavy-duty 100mm tripod and camera head, providing everything needed to achieve smooth, elevated camera movement without purchasing a full crane system.
Constructed with industrial powder coating, anodized components, and stainless steel fasteners, the QuickJib is engineered for years of dependable field use. Its slim profile reduces air resistance compared to four-arm jib designs, ensuring smoother operation in light breezes (never use in high-wind conditions). The included tool-free extension system installs in minutes using VariZoom's Captive Clamp Joint, delivering a rock-solid connection without bolts or tools.
Precision tilt mechanisms utilize sealed radial ball bearings and high-performance sleeve bearings for silent, fluid motion. A built-in brake system adds adjustable drag while remaining forgiving under extreme force, enhancing safety on set. A telescoping counterweight arm extends up to 3 feet, allowing precise balancing while minimizing the amount of counterweight required.
Designed with safety as a top priority, the QuickJib uses lanyard-attached stainless aircraft locking pins to prevent loss and ensure secure assembly.
