Olympus OM-1 ProRes RAW Support

Supports Apple ProRes RAW recording over HDMI with Olympus OM-1 Micro Four Thirds camera at up to 12-bit 4K 60 fps. Requires camera firmware v1.1 and AtomOS 10.76.
