The Canon SELPHY CP1500 is an ultra-compact photo printer designed for vibrant, professional-quality photo prints. Measuring approximately 18 x 13 x 5 cm, this portable printer supports printing directly from memory cards, USB flash drives, or via computer connection. It comes in a sleek pink design and includes an ink and paper set for 4 x 6 inch postcard-sized prints.

Print Quality and Durability

The SELPHY CP1500 produces vivid photos at 300 x 300 dpi resolution with 16.7 million colors. Prints dry instantly and are resistant to water, scratches, and fingerprints, with longevity of up to 100 years. Printing times are approximately 41 seconds for a postcard size and 23 seconds for credit card size prints.

Power and Portability

Designed for mobile use, the printer includes an AC power supply and supports an optional Canon NB-CP2LH battery, enabling up to 54 prints per charge. Its compact size and battery option make it ideal for on-the-go printing without cables.

Mobile App Integration and Image Editing

These apps allow selection of surface finishes (glossy, semi-gloss, satin), application of overcoat patterns, addition of QR codes to images, and more. The 3.5 inch LCD display enables image preview and editing effects such as sepia and black & white. Wireless printing is also supported via Apple AirPrint.
