The hardened antistatic top-layer is water repellent and stain resistant, allowing water to bead up and wipe away easily. Fingerprints and smudges can be cleaned off effortlessly, maintaining a clear surface.

High-Performance Optical Glass

The FUSION ANTISTATIC NEXT professional filters are manufactured in Japan using hand-selected silicates that are carefully smelted and blended to produce high-performance optical glass. HOYA applies an improved 18-layer Super Multi-Coating on both sides of the glass, significantly reducing or eliminating reflections and ensuring ultra-clear, high transmission rates. This results in virtually no impact on color balance, contrast, or image clarity.

Precision Frame Design

The filter features a lightweight, one-piece, low-profile aluminum frame that houses the glass. This design maintains perfect parallel alignment to the sensor plane for maximum sharpness. The slim profile also prevents vignetting when used with ultra-wide-angle lenses. The frame includes front filter threads for additional filter stacking.
