Durable and Functional Design
The rainCover is designed for handheld use and is also suitable for tripods, sliders, and other support systems. It comes in a waterproof zippered pouch for easy storage and transport. The cover is easy to attach and detach, with options to leave the bottom open for access or secure it with double straps in windy conditions. The blue sliding rail allows adjustment of buckles when mounted on a tripod.
Lens Compatibility
Featuring a 34 cm (13.4 in) rubber strip, the rainCover fits most lenses. A hook-and-loop strap allows for a snug fit while maintaining lens operability. An included zippered lensC M extension protects longer lenses. For longer lenses, an optional camRade rainCover Extension Kit (SKU CAM-RAINCVR-KIT) is available.
Battery Extension
The rainCover includes a battery extension cover that extends the back of the camera by up to 20 cm (7.9 in), protecting larger batteries, transmitters, or other accessories from rain.
