Portable inflatable ring light

The Godox LR150 Air is a lightweight, inflatable LED ring light for photography, video recording and live streaming. Its soft, even illumination is suited to portraits, beauty work and on-camera presentations, helping to reduce harsh shadows. The circular light also creates distinctive catchlights in the eyes. Inflate it with the supplied pump for use at home, in the studio or on location, then deflate it for compact storage and transport.

The inflated ring has a diameter of approximately 61 cm. The light provides adjustable brightness from 0 to 100% and a bi-colour range of 2800–6500 K, allowing adjustment from warm to cool light. Colour rendering is rated CRI 97 and TLCI 98. Output is specified as up to 564 lux at 1 m at 5600 K.

Control and lighting effects

Adjust settings using the supplied controller, which has an integrated display and power switch, or connect via Bluetooth to the Godox Light app. The light offers 11 special effects: flash, lightning, cloudy, broken bulb, TV, candle, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding and SOS.

Power and mounting

The rechargeable 4750 mAh battery provides approximately 92 minutes of operation at full brightness. Charging takes approximately 2 hours 20 minutes. The controller’s USB-C port charges the light body; the battery grip has a separate USB-C port for charging the grip. The supplied battery grip connects to the controller and supports handheld use. A 1/4-inch mount allows the light to be mounted for hands-free operation.

When inflated, the light measures approximately 470 × 90 × 635 mm and weighs approximately 603 g. The modular battery grip is compatible with supported Godox ring- and wand-style light heads.
