The Falcon Eyes FER-OB9HC Octabox has a diameter of 90 cm and is designed to be mounted on studio flash units using the included speed ring. The flash head is positioned deep inside the octabox, minimizing light loss and providing an even spread of soft, diffused lighting ideal for professional photography.

Honeycomb Grid

This model includes a detachable honeycomb grid that directs the light output, allowing for more controlled and focused lighting effects.

Compatibility

The octabox comes with a standard Falcon Eyes speed ring compatible with all Falcon Eyes studio flash units except the SS series. With additional speed ring adapters (sold separately), it can also be mounted on Bowens, Broncolor, Elinchrom, Hensel, Multiblitz, and Linkstar studio flash units.

Usage Notes

This octabox is not suitable for use with halogen lamps (e.g., Falcon Eyes QLT-1000) due to the high heat generated. For halogen lamps, Falcon Eyes SBQ series softboxes are recommended.
