MAKERA Carvera Air Probe

The MAKERA Carvera Air Wired Probe is specifically designed for the MAKERA Carvera Air™ milling machine to perform auto-probing and auto-leveling functions. It enables precise detection of the material surface and automatic tool calibration, which accelerates the setup process and improves machining accuracy. This results in enhanced machining quality and reduces the risk of errors.

The probe is factory-mounted on the right side of the spindle and is ready for immediate use after machine startup. Installation and removal are performed similarly to standard cutters. However, unlike standard tools, contact between the probe and any obstacle can cause serious damage, so careful monitoring of its movement during operation is essential.
