An impressive sea of blur gradually transitions to a precise, sharp, and accurate "sweet spot," enabling photographers to create more dramatic images than with previous selective focus lenses. Combined with an ultra-wide field of view—nearly 90° on full-frame cameras—this lens allows precise isolation of a single subject from its surroundings, while focusing as close as 127 mm from the lens to separate the subject from its background.
