NiSi Nano IRND Filter

The NiSi Nano IRND Filter is a neutral density (ND) filter that reduces exposure and darkens the entire image, allowing photography with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By extending exposure time or increasing aperture, it enables better control of depth of field and more effective conveyance of motion.

Neutral density filters are designed to not affect image coloration and are ideal for use in combination with other filters.

Optimized Design for Digital Sensors

This filter is optimized for digital sensor use, promoting nearly flat attenuation of both visible and infrared light. To ensure high neutrality across visible and infrared spectrums, eliminate color casts, and provide cleaner, truer blacks, each surface of the filter is coated with one layer of NiSi Optical Nano Coating.
