Design and Materials
Peak Design created the Form Rope as a minimalist and more enjoyable alternative to previous rope straps. Unlike abrasive climbing ropes sewn to bulky off-the-shelf split rings, this strap features custom-designed materials and hardware for a streamlined form and an excellent connection experience.
The strap is made from an internally-developed basket-woven nylon/polyamide rope that balances strength, padding, and stretch to provide comfortable camera carry.
Hardware and Features
At each end, the rope seamlessly terminates into color-matched, low-profile glass-reinforced nylon Anchor Link quick-connectors, ensuring secure and effortless camera attachment.
A sleek anodized aluminum accessory loop allows attachment of a spare Anchor, enabling you to stow the strap on your body when the camera is removed.
