It features an 8-microphone system with a pickup range of up to 5 meters. Audio is recorded at 48 kHz for detailed speech. Processing tools reduce background noise, cancel echo, automatically adjust gain, and minimize room resonance, making voices sound closer and more natural. Two-way, real-time full-duplex audio supports natural conversation without cutting each other off.

Wave adjusts to different environments with five pickup patterns. Omni captures voices all around the device, suitable for roundtable meetings. Cardioid focuses on the front, ideal for one-on-one calls, podcasts, or streams. Supercardioid narrows the focus further, suitable for noisy workplaces. Figure-8 captures the front and back for two-person interviews. Stereo uses left/right channels for broader recording when connected via USB as an audio input.
The built-in 32 GB memory module turns Wave into a simple recorder. Start recording with one touch, mute instantly, and add tags during meetings. The memory can hold up to 1000 hours of MP3 audio recordings. The AI pre-recording mode continuously listens in the background and saves the last five minutes when you press the record button, using a wireless update. Transcription works with cloud processing, allowing speaker voice prints and custom glossaries for consistent recognition of product names or acronyms. After meetings, you can review notes and actions, ask additional questions in the chat interface, and quickly share summaries using the on-screen QR code. Some features are part of paid plans, and minute packages are available for larger usage. Privacy measures include blocked local storage on the device and additional cloud storage with standard security certifications.
The basic touch interface allows for microphone on/off, volume control, recording/pausing, muting during recording, and cloud uploads. Connectivity includes USB-C, Bluetooth, and a low-profile wireless dongle. With the desktop controller app, you can manage Wi-Fi, audio settings, highlighted segments, screenshots, and meeting reminders, supporting all major conferencing platforms.
