HUION Note E X50 Tablet
The HUION Note E is a compact Android tablet for digital note-taking, reading, drawing and organising daily tasks. Its 8.4-inch display has a resolution of 1920 × 1200 px, a pixel density of 270 PPI and a 60 Hz refresh rate. The matte surface, made using AG nano-etching technology, provides a writing feel similar to paper. The tablet comes with a battery-free, magnetic PW510 stylus featuring PenTech 3.0 technology, 8,192 pressure levels, tilt recognition and a reporting rate of over 400 PPS. It also has an 8-core processor, 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of internal storage and a 7.4 mm-thick chassis. Weighing 348 g, it is designed to work as a portable digital notebook.
PenTech 3.0 stylus – no charging required
The included PW510 stylus does not require batteries or charging. PenTech 3.0 technology, the felt tip and the textured screen surface provide a natural feel for note-taking and sketching. The 1.6 mm tip and 9 mm grip make the stylus similar in size to a traditional ballpoint pen. Support for 8,192 pressure levels and tilt recognition helps reproduce pen strokes accurately, while a reporting rate of over 400 PPS provides a quick response to hand movements. When not in use, the stylus attaches magnetically to the tablet for convenient storage.
Matte Soft-Light display
The 8.4-inch display has a 16:10 aspect ratio, a resolution of 1920 × 1200 px and a pixel density of 270 PPI, keeping text, notes and drawings clear and legible. AG nano-etching gives the surface a matte finish that reduces glare and provides resistance as the stylus moves across it, helping to recreate the feel of writing on paper. Full lamination further supports a natural writing experience, and the 60 Hz refresh rate ensures smooth content display.
Comfort for reading, writing and drawing
The Soft-Light screen uses DC dimming and reduces blue light emission to support comfort during extended reading or note-taking. Its coating helps reduce fingerprints and smudges. The panel displays 16.7 million colours and has a brightness of 300 nits, making it suitable for colourful documents, diagrams and illustrations as well as text notes.
Notes, tasks and cloud backups
The simplified home screen provides quick access to note-taking and task management, making the HUION Note E useful as a digital notebook for meetings, study sessions and daily planning. Handwritten information in the quick-notes area can be recognised and converted into tasks, and selected sections of existing notes can also be added to a to-do list. Tasks can be organised by category and priority, with deadlines, recurring reminders and alarm notifications. One-click backup to Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox helps keep saved content backed up.
Portable design and everyday performance
The 8.4-inch (approximately 21.3 cm) screen is similar in size to an A5 notebook. The 7.4 mm-thick, 348 g chassis is easy to carry in a bag or backpack. An 8-core processor and 6 GB of RAM support note-taking and everyday tablet functions, while 128 GB of internal storage provides space for notes, documents and other materials. The 4500 mAh battery supports use at a desk or while working and studying away from home.
