The MOBILE PORTA is a small, transportable travel mount designed for fast observations without the need for time-consuming installation. Its new compact and lightweight design ensures it is ready for use quickly and is easy to transport.
Adjustable Multi Arm for Zenith Observations
The angle of the new multi arm can be adjusted in 15-degree steps, allowing observations at the zenith, even with longer telescopes. The multi arm system also enables the mount to be collapsed for easy transport and storage.
Slip Clutch and Fine Adjustment
The telescope can be moved manually in all directions and is held in position by a built-in slip clutch, allowing smooth and precise adjustments. Fine adjustment shafts are included for enhanced control.
Vixen Dovetail Standard Mount
The MOBILE PORTA uses the Vixen world standard dovetail adapter for telescope connection and is recommended for telescopes with a maximum weight of 3.5 kg.
Accessory Storage
The accessory holder features slots for eyepieces and can also store smaller photography accessories. It is mounted via a centrally positioned screw for convenience.
