The Libec HS-250QC tripod set consists of QL40C carbon fiber legs, an H25 video head, and an SP-2B bottom spreader. An RC-30 bag is also included.
The QL40C tripod is based on the popular Quick-Lock QL40B tripod and is made of carbon fiber. The tripod has a single, patented locking mechanism at the top for easy height adjustment. The flip-lock system allows for quick locking and unlocking, significantly reducing setup time. The absence of a bottom lock eliminates the need to bend over, reducing user strain.
The new QL40C tripod features a practical carrying handle and accessory ports, making it highly practical and easy to maintain for a long service life. It retains the high mobility, easy maintenance, and affordability of the QL40B model while offering a new lightweight and compact design.
Compared to the existing QL40B model, the QL40C achieves a weight reduction of 500 g (total weight 2.2 kg) and a reduction in folded length of 10 cm (total length 68 cm).
Flip-type Quick Lock
The height of the tripod can be adjusted using a single lock mechanism located at the top. The flip-lock is ergonomically designed for easy gripping, reducing user fatigue and allowing for quick height adjustment.
Practical transport handle
The carrying handle significantly improves portability and is part of the standard equipment. It can be removed when not needed.
Easy maintenance
The included tool makes it easy to adjust the strength of the tripod lock, ensuring the leg lock mechanism is less prone to loosening than conventional quick-release tripods.
Carbon fiber tripod
Compared to the aluminum QL40B tripod, the new carbon fiber QL40C offers a lighter construction without compromising load capacity, strength, or smooth operation, resulting in a weight reduction of 500 g (total weight 2.2 kg).

The bottom of the tripod has three sets of 1/4" and 3/8" threads, making it easy to securely attach accessories such as monitors or lights.

Weight hook
