Caruba TWH-1 Twist Head Tripod Plate
The Caruba TWH-1 Twist Head Tripod Plate is a handy adapter that allows you to switch your (video) camera quickly and easily between, for example, placement on a tripod, slider, jib or stabilizer. The TWH-1 is provided with a 1/4" screw thread on the top side that you can convert to a 3/8" thread with the supplied thread adapter. Weighing only 115 grams and with compact dimensions, you will hardly notice that the baseplate is under your camera.

What makes the TWH-1 so convenient is that in addition to being able to be attached to practically any camera, you can quickly place the base plate with camera on a tripod, slider, jib or stabilizer. Just place the camera on the thread and turn the lever one turn to securely lock your equipment in place. The big advantage is that you can switch from a tripod to a stabiliser within seconds. This saves a lot of time when shooting and filming.
