The Cartoni Lambda 50 Third Axis adds a roll axis to the classic nodal head, enhancing the Lambda 50 system with three independent rotation axes: pan, tilt, and roll.
Design and Functionality
This third axis unit replaces the Lambda 50 camera stage, enabling precise control over all three rotational movements. Precision cranks allow fine adjustment of the slide, facilitating combined nodal settings across all axes.
The system includes an additional fluid drag unit with 7 steps plus zero, providing smooth and adjustable resistance. A rod with a counterweight is also included to compensate for offset positions, ensuring balanced operation.
