Height Adjustment

SIRUI's patented flip-lock height adjustment allows for easy extension or retraction of all sections after opening the flip-lock.
Height can be flexibly adjusted even with heavy equipment mounted, preventing disturbances during shooting, making it ideal for fixed positions, shooting with a weapon, etc.
The side flip-lock design ensures convenient use, and the strong locking force further protects your equipment.

The integrated ground spreader design is suitable for stable ground shots. The tripod includes built-in spikes suitable for soft ground, etc. It is also compatible with SIRUI DT-06 Tripod Dolly or other universal accessories.
Portability
Handle for portability
The kit includes a removable ARRI mounting handle for easy transport. A built-in 4 mm hex key helps quickly install and detach the handle and adjust the quick-release plate's clamping strength. You can remove the handle and attach other ARRI mounting accessories to the tripod.

10-step counterbalance
Almost all professional tripods are designed with a counterbalance system to accommodate cameras of varying weights. The VHS18's 10-step counterbalance allows you to stop the camera at any desired position without exceeding 18 kg.
7+0 step damping adjustment
Balance adjustment is not stepless, so adding or removing accessories can disrupt balance. The 7+0 step damping adjustment during panning and tilting helps balance equipment of varying weights during shooting.
The head features 360-degree panning and -65 to +90-degree tilting.
Side Loading Plate
Side loading plate
Instead of traditional insertion methods, the VHS18 head features a side loading method, allowing you to easily and quickly insert both light and heavy equipment from one side. After side loading, a 30 mm adjustment range forward and backward is available, particularly suitable for shooting with telephoto lenses.
